About our partner

On behalf of our partner Douglas, we seek the best talent to join rindus. Douglas is a retail company for beauty, health and cosmetic products in 19 European countries. We are collaborating to improve their main product channel, their e-commerce. With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and prioritize the Jira Service Management product backlog. 
  • Gather and translate business requirements into platform solutions. 
  • Support the design and optimization of JSM workflows, SLAs, request types, portals, and automations.
  • Contribute to the adoption of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and business teams. 
  • Support platform governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and user feedback to drive enhancements.

What you'll bring

  • 2–5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of: 
    • Jira Service Management 
    • Jira Software 
    • Confluence 
    • Assets (Insight) 
    • Automation for Jira 
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. 
  • German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
